We aim to respond to all emails within 48hrs. But we like to make sure that our staff enjoy a cold beer on the weekend, so this account is only manned from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Christmas & Black Friday Delivery
During busy periods we ask that you allow a little extra time for your parcel to arrive. We will try and get your parcel out as soon as possible but please allow delivery time of up to 7 days.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is charged at £5.50 for packages containing beer or £3.50 for packages not containing beer.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We aim to process orders within 3-5 working days. During busy periods we may increase this processing time.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We use APC as our courier service and you will be sent tracking information directly from us within 24 hours of your order being shipped from Tiny Rebel HQ.
I haven’t received my order, what do I do?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the 5 day limit, please check your tracking information and contact us directly on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Alternatively, you can contact APC directly on: 0800 37 37 37 and provide them with your tracking number.
Will I need to sign for my order?
Yes. If there is no-one at home, the APC driver will leave a calling card. You can call to either rearrange delivery or arrange a collection from your local depot.
Please note: Tiny Rebel cannot accept responsibility for a failed delivery if you were unable to receive.
You may also leave a note on your Tiny Rebel order leaving specific instructions.
Can I add an item to an existing order?
Unfortunately this is not something our system allows us to do.
Can I change my delivery details?
Yes, you can change your delivery details by emailing us promptly on: email@example.com.
Alternatively, we can call our courier APC to request that you have your order left in a safe place/with a neighbour if you aren't going to be home.
Please note: Tiny Rebel cannot accept responsibility for a failed delivery if you’ve provided an incorrect address.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we currently deliver to mainland Europe. This includes; Austria, Czech Republic, France, Greece, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden.
Please note: Shipping is more expensive as we need to cover our shipping cost.

Can I return an item?
Yes, you can return an item provided this is done within 14 days of placing your order. To do so, please email us on: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you contact us outside of these 14 days, Tiny Rebel reserves the right to refuse a refund.
Please ensure that any returned items are returned in their original condition.
When will I be refunded for a returned item?
Once the returned item is received and checked, we will process your refund within 3 working days. You will receive credit back into the same account you paid with within 5-10 business days.
My item is damaged, what do I do?
If the item you have received is damaged or faulty we will require photographic evidence of any damaged goods.
If your items are damaged upon receiving the order, you reserve the right to refuse delivery. In this case, please inform the courier who can then arrange for the parcel to be returned for us to process your refund.
If you then email email@example.com to allow us time to rectify the situation and proceed with the actions your require.
Can I exchange my item?
If you would like to change the size of your item then please follow our returns procedure above. If it is a direct swap with no price difference, we will simply send you the new item upon receipt of the original. If there is a price difference, we will need to process a refund (as per the refund policy) and ask you to place a new order.
